Healthly eating advice without lots of planning?

Hi, I'm looking for advise on how I can eat healthily without loads of planning, weighing etc. I'm very unorganised and struggle to write things down. I've tried lots of diets and payed so much out on joining different clubs, but I get bored after 6 weeks or so. I know how to eat healthy, I just have real struggles with sticking to anything even though I really don't feel happy with my weight. TIA.

Have you tried Low Carb High Fat? Many of our members are having great success with this. Here is a link to the forum, healthunlocked.com/lchf-diet

I can guarantee you won't feel hungry at all and get to eat lovely real food and won't get bored. Dietdoctor have some really great recipes :)

Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum Orphanblack 😊

Some degree of planning is really helpful, I find it saves time, money and calories. After a few weeks you should be able to guesstimate portions more accurately but weighing is recommended initially.

The other thing is to find a way of eating that will suit you long term, so any changes will be permanent.

We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary. Follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

If you haven’t already, then please read the Welcome post here which has lots of useful information about all the things we have on offer healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Best wishes and have a good first week

Indigo 😊

I am exactly the same... What I have found throughout the years is that unless I have something outside of loosing weight itself that I wanna achieve, I will just not do it. Atm I wanna get stronger and more agile at my hobby of pole dancing so it is easier to at least reduce my intake of garbage food. Are you into fitness? Is there anything physically demanding that you enjoy doing? X
