Just done I would say beginners workout on you tube phew😓 it was only 20 minutes shows how un fit I am !! It was Joanah soh also watching her other videos was really good showed you how to calculate your B M R it shows exactly how many cals your body needs not doing any exercise basically just to function also some good food tips hope everyone having a great day 😀 have been going through my old clothes looking at all I’m going to get into 😀

Ive done mine today , its the walking intervals beginners level 1 so its really easy on the knees, but I still end up like you puffed out and end up drinking a full bottle of water so it must be doing some good? Will probably have a better idea tomorrow at weigh in, wish me luck lol (getting nervous now !)

I will give it a go I am so unfit I didn’t realise how much until Joanna said put hands on floor and lunge I nearly fell over like a stranded upside down tortoise ha 🤪 and yes it is good knowing someone else is doing and going through the same things I’ll keep you posted 😀

Definatly not I’ve been a couch potatoe all day that little bit of exercise was Definatly needed and I’ve got to say I’m on here a lot it’s great even at different slimming clubs I’ve been unless you go with a friend people seem to weigh and go not much chatting so this is brill for me as I don’t stop lol anyway aren’t you posed to rest your muscles after a day of exercise your way in front of me pat yourself on the back for exercise already done 😀
