Hi, I am hoping this site works for me when weight watchers and other diets have failed!
I am going to be 60 next April and would like to lose some of the extra weight I've put on this last year.
My problem is I start off with good intentions then go off track. if I can lose defiantly a stone preferably a bit more I will be happy, especially as have daughters wedding in just over a year 😊

I'm sure you'll find it a lot easier to stick to a sustainable lifestyle change, than to another diet. Here are the links to today's weigh-in and daily diary, to get you started healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Hi, I woud suggest starting off small...buy a lot of fruits and vegetables instead of sugar-loaded sweets and start a daily exercise routine that's good enough for you. Sometimes just walking works, riding a bike, etc. Find something that you enjoy doing that involves moving your body., perhaps dancing to some of your favorite music.
Hugo-charlie welcome to your healthy eating journey! I'm not doing "diets" anymore, I'm trying to keep to a healthy eating regime! Sometimes it works, lol! And sometimes it doesn't!!! So now I try not to eat bread / pasta / rice and eat lots of veggies instead! Usually I do ok - I've also tried to not eat after 6 pm and mostly that works for me too! Meanwhile I bought smaller plates to stop me binge eating and I like them! Enjoy the forum and have a great supportive week ahead!
