Big girl gets slim

I'm 39 mum to two wonderful energetic boys. I would like to feel I have the energy to play with them after a full day at work,and get healthier and lose weight at the same time. I had gestational diabetes with both and aware that if I do not lose weight then I can become a diabetic 😟. Having had a taste of it I know I really don't want it again!
