I am busy mum of two kids. Used to be very skinny before child birth. Now I am 20kgs heavier than my original weight. Have tried many different diets and exercises somehow can’t manage to keep the weight off. Find the gym boring and low carb diets non sustainable. Recently had banding of haemorrhoids so need rich fibre diet. Also need to find a nice aerobics class in chester. Please help
If you click on your avatar, top right of screen, and select Find people near me, there might be people locally who can suggest aerobics classes. Otherwise, I’d suggest your local leisure centres which usually have a full range of classes and can be cheaper than private gyms. Don’t sign up for anything ‘til you know you’ll enjoy it 😊
