All the information is in the newbie pack and FAQ's, Mrswatts, but If you're struggling with navigation and can't get the instructions in the newbie pack and FAQ's to work for you, think of the forum as a book, with many pages. Each page holds 30 posts and each post can be found, by looking through all the pages.

We 'index' the posts, to make finding them, quicker and easier, which is why the weigh-in, daily diary and what's happening today, are kept in events, clubs/challenges/important information are kept in pinned posts and the posts with similar subject matter are kept together in Topics.

If you can't find the shortcut, then the posts are still available, by scrolling through the pages.
