LiveStrong say 165. As long as your 2 sites don't differ drastically, using any of them isn't going to make too much difference.

Thank you Tiggerr but, I have decided to have Morrisons sliced carvery chicken which is 22 calories per slice, I will have 3 vegetables with it & it will keep me within 450cals which my NHS 12 week plan allows.

Glad you found a solution kbed 😊. you are following the NHS 12 Week plan please be aware that the 1400 calorie target suggested is a generic amount, so please check your own personal calorie target on the NHS BMI checker, it’s often higher than you think. We always advise starting towards the top of the range, being hungry is the single biggest cause of weight loss failure.

The NHS BMI checker says my BMI is 27.5 & calorie range between 1400-1800 I started on Monday on 1400 on Wednesday my scales said I had put 1 pound on ?, there is no way I would eat 1800 calories a day, I go to the gym 3 days a week, go for walks, garden, I don,t know what else I could to to get a stone off, I don't want to be super slim but at just 5ft & a bit 10 & 1/2 stone is too much for me, I eat healthy, weigh what needs to be weighed !!

If you are weighing daily you will see natural fluctuations so don't be alarmed by that. Trust your instincts and appetite, if 1400 works then stick with it, but if you feel hungry then eat a little more.

Also, don’t be afraid of a little healthy fat, most experts now agree that low fat is rarely the best option.

Remember the scales aren’t the only way to guage fat loss . . . Use a mirror, your clothes and a tape measure

You are very similar size and weight to me, but I have mobility issues so need to eat less, 1400 will work, trust me 😊
