You can do it with all the support on here. I’ve not been here long either but I really believe this time it’s coming off for good. 16 months is nothing my daughter is 32 and I was still struggling
Hi Sara and welcome. I find that counting calories is good because it's not "faddy", it doesn't "ban" anything, it just helps you take control. It's not a quick fix but I think it will have long lasting effects for me.
Hi Sarah I am finding I am getting a steady loss and am pleased. It's nice that nothing is banned so if you need or want to have something a bit naughty as long as you count it you can! However I have tried to use it as a way to change my eating habits and am trying my best I can't believe I have given up chocolate apart from the occasional 85./. Plain stuff and that's so strong I've only had 3 squares since starting lol
