I am having great trouble to lose my last st to get to my target weight and flatter tummy .I don't eat wheat /gluten , dairy,red meat or pork please any ideas

Have you re checked you calorie range in the NHS BMI calculator as the range does change once you have lost weight - so have a check there first
Sometimes our bodies just hit a plateau - so you could try maintaining for a wee while before trying to lose that last stone

If you're looking for filling meal ideas, I really recommend googling "lettuce wraps" for a whole world of gluten free recipe ideas, and also I recently tried butternut squash noodles - they sell them in Sainsbury's as 'boodles' - I really recommend these with a stir fry. Also fish isn't in your list, so I would really recommend fresh fish such as salmon, smoked haddock etc - these are all very filling and great for vitamins etc. But as the others have suggested, you might need to first check your calorie allowance is correct. Also, for a greater incentive, try setting yourself some in-between goals - with non food rewards - e.g. a great haircut after losing 7lbs. Good luck
