May I suggest that If you think your body is not coping well with sugar then cut out potatoes, bread and pasta and white rice and choose only low GI fruits and vegetables and see if that makes a difference as well of course as cutting obvious sugar in drinks, sweets, cakes, biscuits and deserts. Also don't use artificial sugars because they may be low calorie but the brain can't distinguish the difference and you won't lose the craving for sugar.
