New kid on the block

Just started the 12 week plan to focus myself as I have been trying for a few weeks to lose a stubborn half stone I put on over the summer. Then I would like to lose another half stone and maintain. It doesn't sound like much but it seems it doesn't want to shift! My downfalls are portion sizes and lack of exercise both of which I hope this plan can help with. Monday was Day 1 and I'm calorie counting. Bit faffy but it has to be done. Already seeing how huge my portions were. Filling up on lots of veg and salad though so not feeling hungry. Hoping this disciplined way of eating will do the trick.
