Have been told by my chiropractor I need to lose weight and that may help. I visit the chiropractor every four weeks as I have arthritis in my neck, back, shoulders, fingers and feet as well as my knees!! I need to change my diet! Anyone out there with similar problems?

Dear Christine
Losing weight will definitely help if you are overweight now.
Our bodies are not designed to lug all that extra weight about. You will surprised and delighted at the difference
I have a broken patella right now so I can relate. 16 lbs so far just with diet. So start there and see what you can do. Lighter weight should help too. Good luck!
Besides losing weight, see if your local area do the Knee Escape course, I did this last year and it really helped. 2 mornings a week for 6 weeks at the local physio outpatients and you learn exercises, diet, pain management. It is a really good course,
