That will be the reason why you are not losing as your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto the fat if you eat too little. Use the 200 to 300 on more veg in your meals or a healthy snack. Have a look at the Daily Diary in Events for some ideas on meals and snacks.
Yes I fully agree with Yellowrose55 as this being the reason you have not been losing weight. I had this same problem. Well done for checking this out. Good luck with your future.
