Thanks for your support and comments yesterday..... this virus is still lingering, and I don't feel brilliant, it feels like I've just been keeping something from getting worse, I suspect it's ear related as I've been having ear pains and inflammation and head pains.
I have today made some portions of pre prepped stew veg and beans into bags and in the freezer, ready to chuck in the slow cooker. I have one on the go, with chickpeas, kidney beans and spinach in, not massive calorie wise, but some good food.
I have struggled today to eat, had a banana for breakfast and one of this mug shot noodles for lunch, easy but again, not huge calorie wise.
I got some apple sauce today, so will have that on porridge tomorrow with some cinnamon and hope to improve from there.
Couldn't get in to see GP today, so will see how the rest of this week goes and try again Friday ......
I feel this last few weeks, I have slipped back a lot, but I've kept on plodding on, reporting in and I think this has helped a lot.
