Sorry to hear that, spll, but don't be too hasty to lower your intake. It sometimes takes a couple of weeks to get the weight moving.
Are you eating the correct number of calories for you personally, as advised by the NHS BMI calculator?

Fir the week it was 1975 an Nhs recomended between 2000 up 2500 so for the week i thought i had done ok
