If we're going to be able to help you Dog, you need to launch yourself into forum life. By that I mean

a) Join a weigh-in

b) Join the Daily Diary

c) Join any, or all of the exercise challenges/clubs

d) Spend as much time reading and responding to posts as you can.

We know from experience, that the more you put in, the more you get out

Thankyou I am trying looking at recipes and logging in nhs site writing every thing down that I eat

Are you using the HU app, Dog, because you've not logged onto anything, not on the main forum?

You need to use the full website page, to be able to find Pinned Posts and Events, for all of the 'activities' that we offer.

It's much easier to succeed, when you work alongside others

Get rid of the HU app, follow this link, then follow the link to the online community and sign in
