Don't wish that. Slow and steady is best and has a much better chance of staying off. You're doing great. 👏👏

We all wish for a magic wand, the joy of slow and steady means we acquire good healthy habits that stick, and therefore keep it of long term.

I get like most folk days of varying weight, ok it's annoying, our bodies serve us well, and healthy, be glad of that

Hi Its best to loose it slowly since you are more likely to put it back on- if you loose it quickly because you are not eating enough, as soon as you eat normally again it comes back on just as quick as it come off. What is your target weight? Are you close to it?

Looks good, you're going in the right direction. :)

As long as the general trend is down, you're doing the right things. It would be great if there was a way to magic the weight off, but sadly there isn't. So we all just have to keep plugging away at it. :D

I've lost weight in the past, but with a few challenges over the last few year I've put back on around 30 lbs.

Most of my weight gain is due to alcohol tbh.

I have given up alcohol now (April 23rd) and I'm starting to lose weight again now.

220 lbs in my next goal, aiming to get down to 185 lbs by the end of the year,

Not what you're looking for?
