Morning Hidden

Welcome to the weight loss forum.

I think you may of read that wrong as eggs are only 78 each then add what type of bread your using and any spread. Have a look at the Daily Diary to see how other members are doing it.

Take a look at the Welcome Newbie post in the Pinned post section at the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile. Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan, many members have had success following this plan. Use the BMI checker to work out your daily calorie allowance.

Have a look at the Daily Diary which you can find on the Home page in Events. It is where all the members are sharing their daily plans on what they are eating and any exercise they are doing. This thread will give you some ideas on how to start.

Below the Pinned posts are the Topics where members share a range of weight related subjects.

Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.

We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us today. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.

To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.

Have a good first week.

Depends on what type of bread you use. Eggs are a high source of proteins that helps in making the immune system strong. If you are looking to put down your weight along with your daily calorie intake than you should definitely try the candle nut supplement. The specialty of the nut is that it helps in losing weight without letting a person quit his daily diet. You can see here now (nuez-dela-india.com/supplem... about more details regarding the nut.

Have a look at the Change4Life Smart Recipes app. Dead easy ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all calorie counted for you. My OH isn't Weight watching but he is happy to eat everything I cook from there. Good luck, and don't despair, you will get used to calorie counting after a while, and know the calorific value of everything you look at!!

Either divide the recipe by 2 (if it allows to keep one for another day and freeze etc) or divide into 4 and make 1 portion :)

I tend to cook meals for 4 then divide into 4 and put in the freezer. Since I work it means I have meals I can take into work for my pack lunch (I have my main meal at lunchtime) but also means if I cannot be bothered to cook anything if I have been out and about, I can just defrost and cook something already prepared. I don't focus on the calories recommended for each meal I based it on the total for the day- I like to keep things simple!
