Woman, 5ft 1, 55.2kg, nody fat 27% body fat mass 14.9kg and 53yr old.
I have a personal trainer who has me on a low carb, med fat and high protein 1200 diet. Programme of intense cardio, upper body (weights), legs and abs.
Everything is doing really well but one puzzling part is growing April I had stomach measuring 34in now it is 35in. I read somewhere that your stomach swells due to your muscles getting stronger/firming up but that pushes the fat to the front and eventually starts to go flat.
Has anyone heard of this? Or knows the reason why this is happening please?
