after a few days off the wagon i have got straight back on. My fridge is stocked with delicious colorful vegetables and there's not a snack in site. I'm pleased to feel I'm passed cravings for donuts etc and i now have the mentality that those sugary foods are toxic to my goal. It has to just keep getting better :) :)

Well done on overcoming the cravings and getting back on the wagon, 🏆🎉💪

I find distracting myself when I'm craving helps, 😉 remember it's a journey you are going to have bumps in the road, just have fun and enjoy it 😆

Way to go. You're showing great determination. Not losing that fighting spirit after falling off the wagon is what gets us to our goal. Big thumbs up.
