BREAKFAST

Porridge

Banana

2 Mugs of Green Tea

LUNCH

Pasta Sauce with spaghetti (Home made sauce)

Yogurt

Grapes (10)

1-2 Mugs of Green tea

DINNER

Tuna Steak

Roasted Vegetables (Courgettes, Carrots, Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions)

W/W Caramel Crunch

EXERCISE

1 hour cardio

10 minutes strength using arm weights and dumbells.

You're still not on the Daily Diary, ladikool!

1. Click on home at the top of your screen

2. EVENTS is on the right of a computer screen, but you have to scroll right to the bottom on a mobile, past all the threads and just under Pinned Posts.

3. Click on Daily Diary .

4.When you get to the Daily Diary, DON'T click on write a post, scroll down to the bottom of the thread and post in the box under Reply, where it says 'Leave a comment'
