Lunch- will skip it but drink a lot of water

Supper- Rice and vegetables salad

Walk- an hour

First of all, you won't be able to find Events, if you're using the HealthUnlocked app! You must use the full website page.

Make sure that you're on the HOME page, by clicking on HOME at the top of your screen.

Now scroll right down to the bottom of your screen, beyond all the posts and just past Pinned Posts, will be DAILY DIARY.

Click on that and you'll be magically transported to the right place :)
