Wobbly start to week one, with gradual increase in calories, ending in a blow out. Not to worry, I guess maladaptive behaviours will take a while to shift. Especially in social situations. Just re-start today with a healthy breakfast (rye bread; avocado & eggs) then a run. Haven't weighed in as I'm using the GP scales.
