Hey I used to be alot fitter than i now am , I have tried the couch to 5k and bro g heavier it was too much , could i adapt this to an indoor bike ?

I'm sure you could 😊 I use an indoor bike most days and do a variety of speeds and loads to re-create a similar effect

It varies, but I always start slow and steady, warming up, then go as fast as I can for as long as I can then slower again.

I like the idea of using the c25k podcasts on the bike 😊
