I have some old fashioned dial -scales. I weigh 64 kgs (Without clothes) first thing in morning. My Gym instructor told me hat I was 10stone 3lb. I thought I was 10.half stone. In any case improved health is now my aim.

You'll be a different weight on every different set of scales that you use, Pumpkins, so it's best to stick to one set...............preferably the ones that weigh you lowest! ;)
