Me too, really bad! Gave in straight away and had 6 biscuits - none left and craving over so not thinking about them anymore now. It's better for me (if the urge is really strong) just to have what I'm craving, rather than having other stuff and still having what I crave anyway...xx
I feel for you Jeyal 😕 I'm a real carb head, no matter how much protein, nuts and yogurt I eat, my body screams for bread!!
I find eating low GI/complex carbohydrates (porrige/wholemeal bread etc ) for breakfast and lunch really helpful, it seems to help keep blood sugar stable and prevent late afternoon sugar cravings.
