I have put on a couple of pounds this week after joining you guys last week. I definately think that I need to cut down on the alcohol as its not helping - I'm not a heavy drinker and only drink at the weekends but it does weaken my cravings,,,, and Mr T tempted me with peanuts and chocolate last friday night after we came back from the pub. My fault I know as I should have said no..... So I need to get back on the programme and see if I can do the 1400 daily calorie which means that the food i need will have to be healthy and satisfying.... and get my butt off the couch a bit more in the evenings. Good luck to all out there - Roll on a good healthy and happy September

Please let us know if that's what you want to do, and if so, I will add your stats to everyone else's. As to your cravings, it is very hard to say 'no' to something we like, but perhaps just have one? Or ask Mr T not to tempt but help and both of you have fruit instead ...
