Hi Tracey,

I've just started this 12 week diet plan so I am also a novice with regards to this. I have found that Slimming world meals are some of my fav and also Lean in 15 recipes are lovely. Especially, thai currys. The only issue is that sometimes they can be a bit calorific and therefore planning your meals for the day really helps to balance it all out. I try to avoid any foods that I haven't made from scratch unless I am eating out of course. So I very rarely ever get a take away or frozen meals unless they are slimming world.

I'm not sure about how any one else on here views slimming world but I do enjoy the recipes I make from scratch but sadly I just eat far too much.
