Finally on track; thanks to NHS support

I finally seem to be on track, and dropping about 1Kg per week, thanks to the 5:2 diet, exercise program and NHS support.

If I can do it, anyone can!

Dropping a kg a week is something, 5.2 not me, horses for courses tho
