Hi everyone. I am married and have 3 beautiful children.

I have always struggled with my weight and tried a few different weight loss plans with no results.

I am the heaviest i have ever been now at 16st 10lbs. I am hopeing that just the support from this page will help me achieve my goals as i often feel it is a lonely stuggle.

Hi collette. A by like yourself I have tried many different plans and nothing has helped. I am also at my heaviest I have been and hoping this page can help me along.  I'm glad I am not the only one who feels it a lonely struggle. Hopefully we can both encourage each other along xx
