It's a very low calorie diet, I read about it on the NHS website here's a link that explains it

Research into the VLCD or the surgery? The surgery was my gps idea he said because my BMI is 44 I would qualify for NHS funding for bariatric surgery and he thinks it's my only option since dieting never works for me cause I have no motivation or will power
