A lovely forum member called moreless  put this together, and it highlights many of the things that are going on in the forum, as well as lots of information and tips from existing members.  Many of us are following the NHS 12 week plan, so I'd definitely recommend having a look at that.

Also, if you like the idea of a weekly weigh-in, you'd be very welcome to join in our Monday group weigh-in sessions - the Morning session will be posted just before 6.30am tomorrow morning, but you can literally pop by at any time of the day or evening to weigh-in - if you fancy doing that.  You'd be very welcome.
