Hi Equalrich,
Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum. I hope you'll enjoy being part of this community. It's a friendly and supportive place. We have a Welcome Newbie post (which moreless hast put together), and I'd like to give you the link to that:
healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Many of us are following the NHS 12 week plan - you can find the link to that in the Welcome Newbie post, and also via the icon at the top middle of the screen, entitled 'Weight Loss NHS'.
Also, do look at the Pinned Posts and Events area. (See right-hand-side of the homepage for both of those areas).
If you would like to join us for the Monday group weigh-in sessions, then please do. I will be posting the sessions tomorrow - one at 6.30am and one at 12.00 midday, and basically you can join in at whatever time of day suits you personally - if you want to of course - participation in anything in the forum is of course optional.
Have a great weekend and a great week ahead.

Hello Equalrich
There is lots of information on the NHS choices website, I also like the BHF website and also the foodforfitness blog and podcast. Do some research and really think about what your own personal goals are, is it fitness or to look better in your clothes, also think about what you eat and why, and find the right eating plan for YOU. Being hungry makes any weight loss plan nigh on impossible!
Good luck
