I have tried and tried to follow a weight loss plan for several years, fed up and with my first family holiday abroad in 4 months I need to crack on and lose a couple of stone just for starters. Any support massively appreciated!

Hi Emsie33 I was very much in that frame of mind for several years. I kept on saying to myself I must lose this extra weight I've carried around for years. I finally told myself do not keep putting it off, do it, start. So I looked around fore diets etc. and came across weight loss NHS. It impressed me after reading all the threads and positive encouragement, and all free!! It appealed to me in a big way as its not a diet as such but healthy eating. After checking my weight etc. I was surprised to learn that I could eat 1.400 cals. a day..... that was really brilliant news for me and thats what triggered it off in a way. Eat most things in moderation, along with some exercise, I soon started to lose. Go for it it will be so beneficial to you. Good luck.
