Ive just started it and Im new to the forum too.. Find it very useful and it can keep you motivated but you also have moral support when you need it. Also if you are having a bad day or you are not sure about something there is always someone here who will help you.
Good Luck
Hi Marivolina,
I really like you name! Welcome to the forum. It's great that you're starting your first week of healthy eating, and I wondered if you've seen our Welcome Newbie thread, that a lovely forum member called Moreless put together? I notice you've asked if people have completed the NHS 12 week plan - yes, there are many of us out there (myself included). I've been in the forum about 3 years, so I use the principles of the healthy eating plan as part of a lifestyle choice, and I am pleased to say that I've managed to maintain a total weight loss of approx 5 and a half stones and kept within a healthy BMI for the last couple of years. I am still trying to lose the last few pounds to get down to my ideal weight, which is 12 stone 7 pounds (I am 6 feet 1 inch tall). I think it is an excellent plan, and I hope you'll enjoy it.
Here's the link to the Welcome Newbie thread I mentioned:
