I'm also boring! I'm 36 and have only been to 6 countries - I know this because at work yesterday the guys were talking about how many countries they'd been to and it was in the 20s going on 30 countries each and they're all younger than me. That said, one is married to an air hostess...
When I backpacked it was mainly views of stairwells or windowless dorms.!, I really think I would like Liz to plan all my future travels!,
My total for today is 25.68k . I have just realised that the very lovely and dear walklogger app will track steps indoors if I have have my phone in my pocket - so expect a slight increase from me.

As I have mentioned elsewhere, I am feeling a bit under the weather with a virus, so decided to take it a bit easier this week, rather than over-train myself into a coma, lol!

7569 steps and 3kms in gym too - feeling better all the time. Actually managed to jog for a total of 5 minutes within the walk/weights session which might not seem a great deal but with two dodgy knees and 3 stone to lose it is a great effort for me. So, yes I am blowing my own trumpet!

I cycled to work again - 2nd day in a row! Despite arctic winds (sorry Lizzy - but I can't 100% feel the Fiji love in these temperatures!) But the sun was out, and I warm up quite quickly on the bike, so there's some consolation at least. 18.34km - slightly less than yesterday - I must have found a more direct route
Fantastic Ruth! Bikes are great for clocking up the K's, saving on fares and keeping you fit. What's not to like about them?.......................when they dump you on the road!
30.9 kms for me today, including 20km on exercise bike, the rest walking. Still Ok with 1400 calories so should be a great calorie deficit this week to get me into the 10's. Fiji looks amazing!
