Don't worry. Everyone has. Weight loss can be a bit weird. Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time of the day each week.

Sezgil,

You must be feeling so disappointed, but sometimes it happens.

Why not have a set weigh day and time, maybe weigh in first thing in the morning after a visit to the loo?? You will then record a 'dry weight' which is most reliable as long as wear the same clothes or even better none !!🤔

Enjoy your weekend and here's to a great week.

😇

It happens to me all the time, so its very important to measure yourself as you may be losing in inches, also I found that my weight was staying the same but my muslce mass increased, which means I was gaining muscle and toning as I do a lot of exercise and conditioning classes. keep at it, you will see the benefit xx :)

It isn't just you this has happened to, I didn't lose any weight for the first 3 weeks and wondered what I was doing wrong. If you're new to exercise or have increased your exercise a lot, it could be muscle mass. Or it could be the components of your diet - I was eating 1400 calories but eating smaller meals and fitting in a decent sized chocolate bar - as soon as I replaced the junk food calories with fruit & veg I lost weight! So don't give up even though it's incredibly frustrating not to be rewarded for your efforts - it will come, just not immediately.

Sometimes when iv suddenly increased my excersise I don't lose weight ...what happens is I lose say half pound of fat but gain half pound of muscle ... Scales should never be your only measure of health ... Use inches use fit of clothes , use I can walk further without pain or out of breath as well :)

Hi this happened to me to on my first week I was doing exactly the same as you and didn't lose anything I was having 1400 cals a day but realised I was eating too many carbs so I've cut them out now I also measured myself and I lost a inch on waist hips and thighs! So measure yourself too x
