Yes, just wishing it didn't happen so close to weigh in day. Won't have to much time to get out today, never mind. But fully motivated at least 😊

I won't worry, just a bit annoyed.

I had my last week off work, so I had the opportunity to exercise daily, eat really healthy, lots of time for cooking,...

Next week will be the real challenge. I will take each day as it comes and hopefully not be as stressed as before as my work has changed slightly. Just so glad I found this forum as I really think it will make a difference this time 😊

I always find it harder when I'm off - I always have such good intentions but they never materialise!

Plan, plan, plan for next week - lunches, snacks and it makes it so much easier :) Sounds positive that your work won't be as stressful - exercise is also a great reliever of stress.

I think exactly the same about this forum - I'm pretty sure I wouldn't still be on the 12 week plan if this wasn't here full of great people!

I hope you can find the right time to get in some exercise when you get back to work.

I have to say that once I force myself out the door first thing in the morning before work for my power walk I DO feel less stressed and better setup for the rest of the day.

Phew, just come back, done 2.5 miles, mainly fast walking, some running (to unfit for much), hope that's reversed some of the damage 😁

Yes, I think this is a real life line !!!

Well done for putting some elastic back in you band! 2.5 miles is really great!!! Well done for the running and the fast walking - both great exercise!
