Just very quickly I stayed the same this week. Not too bad I suppose. Ramped up the exercise a bit so fingers crossed for next week. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Well done you...19 pounds in twelve weeks and 25 since January. You're a star! I love your resilience to keep going , your determination that this is life changing. Thank you for helping me with your inspiration.
I'm also on week 13. I'm really resisting the feeling of *that's finished now, so let's go back to normal*. Have you felt like this too, felt old habits start to creep back in because the 12 weeks is up, a sort of psychological effect? It sounds like if you're increasing exercise, maybe that's been the case? Hope you manage to keep the momentum going
I am so pleased that you said how I have felt "old habits" it's so true and very difficult. I am on holiday from work at the moment and found it harder. My friend and I will be back running by the middle of September and can't wait. We might even challenge ourselves to a half marathon!!!!!!! Definitely doing a 10k and the Race for Life again. I hope we both get through this psychological stage. Good luck to both of us.
Hope this week is better and you manage to fend off all the old habits. HM could be a good goal to set yourself, but it's also a pretty big goal! Good luck
