Friday weigh in.

Last week 12.9 st, this week 12. 7st ☺That's more like it! I was really worried the scales were going to creep back into the 13's! Been a difficult week to dog walk being too hot and I was out to dinner last night so wasn't over hopeful about today's weigh in. Having said I have felt good so am pleased scales have shown that. I hope everyone else's week is going well and the heat is helping and not hindering. I always associate good weather with white wine so have had to be really strong this week! Enjoy a hopefully sunny weekend ☺

Well done Juliet! I know what you mean about the canine. We've been out walking ours really late because of the heat!

Yes I also am trying to crack the wine and sun habit! And our dog won't leave the coolest room of the house.
