Oh dear lord I'm back on it like the Duracell bunny this morning and feeling excellent.

Don't know what happened since Friday, clearly I lost it somewhere along the line and I still don't know why, but I also don't really want to dwell on it because I figure it's over now, why go backwards?

So, apologies for the last couple of days, but I'm out of my funk now and it's a brand new day ladies and gents, a BRAND NEW DAY
