On track again

After a disastrous week- end, I think I am back on track lost 2 lbs. so have to smash the 11 target yet again, it's really hard to lose weight and keep it off, but with having a new knee and being asthmatic it can only do good.

A good goal to think about is 10stone 9lbs. That is just 3 figures on the scale from then onwards. I got there 3 wks ago and it sure was a nice feeling. Do you feel like eating less when it is so hot? Must admit I had ice cream for breakfast and too much of it. Passion fruit flavour so reckon that is "1 of my 5 a day".

Summer is the only time I eat salads I can't eat them in cold weather, I do eat less in the heat. I got down to 10-12 then had a bad few days, I'm only 5-2 so every pound shows .

Would love to get down to that, I was10-5 when I came out of hospital, pain and morphine stopped me eating, but now I'm recovering, so is my weight, I just aim for half a stone at a time, set small goals, should be easier to stick to, lol
