I did half an hour on the cross trainer today, get me! Back in work over the weekend. I work 12 hour shifts so no exercise for me till im off again mon-tues. Have a good weekend everyone 😀

Well done! I love my cross trainer, couldnt imagine my life without it now. Its definitely harder when you work 12 hour shifts, but good for you for keeping going

Yea i agree fibron im up for 530am and dont get home til after eight most days. And im shattered when i get home So i have to make the most of my days off were my exercise is concerned 😀

Hey i found on long day shifts to try walk as much as possible to stay active, instead of calling other departments i walked to them, little things to increase activity levels

Yep thats my logic too i always try and get out with my payients on leave as much as posssible. They belong to a walking group 😀
