Welcome Sharon, this is my first week and I am just following others advice who have been here a few more weeks ,I have lost 1.5kg this week and found it easier than I thought it would be,I logged in each night and I think this helped my motivation. There is someone called Lowcal, who does a weekly weigh in on here and I also read the inspirational losses that people are having ,I wish you all the best and the site has a lot to offer

Hi Sharon and welcome to this community. The nhs 12 week plan helped me no end and this community along with self belief and I enjoyed each and everyday of it. Some days were harder than others but as long as you stick with it you should achieve great things. I have continued with the changes and these have become routine now 22 weeks later I'm still here and happy. Good luck on your journey Sharon :-)
