Hi everyone. So I'm finally back into it with a 500g loss this week. So now at 60.7, 3.7kg to go.

I have upped my F & V and reduced carbs, watching what I eat more. Also walked a bit faster!

Hi Bigleg, thanks for that. I know that fruit, depending on what you have, can be high in sugar, but I figure that an apple is way better than a biscuit! I am very gradually reducing my straight carbs like bread, pasta etc and you sound as if you are be a low carb person too?
