Hi

It is a really good idea to join this forum.I've always struggled to diet, but I've found the support from the rest of this community a big help, especially when I had a blip. Mind you I think I might be developing a computer addiction! I keep thinking I'll just check the website one more time and see what's new.

Good luck

I find myself on here to combat snacking!! It does really help to have somewhere to be accountable and be inspired by others 😉

Hi Heya,

I'm starting the 12 week structured plan on Monday.

It looks quite straight forward and there seems to be lots of sensible advice and help on this site, have you thought of starting this plan.

I have 5 stone to lose, so all advise and support will be greatly relieved, and like yourself I am very willing to support.

I wish you lots of luck, have a great week.

Willow xx 😀😀
