Hi π just recently joined the juice plus diet where you have 2 shakes a day and one healthy meal then 2 snacks and 3l water. I go to Mexico in 2 month and need to lose 2 stone π has anyone got any ideas I could try please

Sounds horrendous and I couldn't keep that up for two months! What about following the NHS plan? That's more sustainable and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Your holiday sounds amazing. I am jealous!
Having tried most diets I have to say I'm not a fan of these fad diets, I also think the NHS 12 week plan is really good and recommend it. Have a great holiday, I've been to Mexico so I know you'll enjoy it.
I did this lost 5 stone and gain 6. Really mess my body up.
You asked for ideas so here are some I have seen recommended here that I know from personal; experience will work.
1/ Google [ Sugar and inflamation ]
2/ Google [ The 5:2 diet ]
3/ Google [ Is sugar toxic ]
Read the articles you have found (discard any that tell you you need to buy food or drinks that only they can supply) and do not follow links advertising such sites.
If you read 2 articles a day and note there advice instead of eating as you have done in the past. you will lose weight and feel so much better as well
I don't know if you have tried the exercise videos on the NHS fitness site, they are good.

Mexico sounds great! I would say that 12 stone is a lot to lose in 2 months. It can be done but not sure that diet is the best.
I have been following the NHS plan and lost 2 kg in my first week.But the most amazing thing is that I have.lost mostly fat.
My body fat has.gone down and my muscle up!
This is what you should aim for.
Strongly recommend you follow the nhs plan and the couch to 5k programme.
Don't get a number in your head like 2 stone.
You want to keep weight off whilst in mexico too.
In my experience setting an unrealistic target and not getting enough nutrients will lead to crashing, disappointment and weight that comes back on

In my opinion Sharnielou it is probably another one of those fad diets. There are a couple of those on this website.
Some fad diets work but weight pile back on and more once you stop. Other diets work but destroy your health or gives you bad eating habits and finally some diets just don't work. Often the worth ones are the one which are aggressive in trying to rope you in or are spam (a pretend person).
The best is to follow your instincts and not spend any money, so at least you don't get ripped off.
Iv done juice plus I lost 5 stone in 4 weeks on it witch was amazing but I took I'll and the doctor advised me to come off juice plus as that was causing me to be sick and feel unwell I went on holiday and ended up in hospital the because of all the fluid juice plus caused so my leg burnt and it was that bad I had 3 Rd degree burns so be careful on juice plus ok
