Lost 4lbs in my first week! Does anyone else feel it's hard to get excited about weight loss though because you've been here so many times before??

Hoping to do it slowly this time so it stays off!

Well done! I am just starting today and I'm not excited by it at all, but like being two stone overweight even less! Keep going!

U are naughty! You should be excited about finding us as you now have support and advice. Lot of new friends who care how you are doing. A positive attitude is what is needed and this time you will get it off and keep it off with our help. They'll be ups and downs but it's good to know you can get advice, support and guidance from others in the same boat nearly 24/7. It's not just about losing weight but changing your attitude to food and exercise. I've only been doing it for a month and have lost nearly 5lbs which I think it fantastic. You've lost 4lbs in one week! All the best to you. Keep smiling! :)
