well, first week done, it was hard and slipped a few times, especially when I weighed myself during week and had gained weight. However weighed myself this morningand ive lost... 3lb ! cant believe it.
Im also looking into having some hypnotherapy to help alond side this,anyoune tried it ?

Hi, our weight fluctuates a lot because of different factors. Try not to get disappointed if the scales say you have gained weight. Most of the time is water retention. It's better to pay attention to how looser your clothes are becoming. Hypnotherapy can help with addictions, but in the end you need to take control, change your lifestyle and avoid what's going to ruin your progress.
Hi i'd advise against mid week weighing as I find it can affect my focus. If i look mid week and iv not lost or gained i find myself battling with bothering the rest if the week and generally when i get to monday the numbers are different.
My big problem was slways sweets and the first few weeks were torture but if you persevere the craving do drop. For the first timr in my life I've seen myself turn down sweets so don't worry it gets easier!
