Have just spent quite a long time in the garden on this lovely sunny day! If the way my body feels is anything to go by I've had a very good workout!

Sleet here, cold and wet!

Just got out of hospital after my shoulder OP yesterday and because they had to do more than they originally thought, I have to remain with my shoulder immobilised for a minimum of 2 weeks instead of 24 hours and to really put the icing on the cake, I gained 3KG in 24 hours and all I ate in that time was a handful of macadamia nuts! Just shows how much your body swells with fluid after surgery.

So no running or other activities for me a few weeks
